Small conveyor belt

Our small conveyor belt with a height of 45mm provides you a transport of your components without any interference contours by a motor or another.
The design allows you an even greater range of different belt materials compared to our mini conveyor belts.  Thus we can offer you here, for example, belts with carriers or specially solidly conveyor belts, which withstand harder conditions like the normal belts.
Because of the on both sides available T-slots it is an easy task to upgrade your small conveyor belt with side guides, sensors or supporting feet or anything else.
Even our small conveyor comes with proven 24V DC motors. Gladly we can also offer stepper motors or servomotors in addition.

The small conveyor belt

A so-called small conveyor belt is required for numerous functions which also a big conveyor belt must perform. It allows easy and automatic transport of goods such as mechanical parts, cardboards and other packaging. The high stability is just as important as for the larger conveyors. A load up to 500N depending on the speed is possible, which depends on the desired finish. The construction of the small conveyor belt consists of a sturdy frame made ​​of aluminum profiles, adjustable end pieces to ensure the straight running of the belt, deflecting and drive rollers for the drive and the actual conveyor belt with a durable belt, which consists for example of a smooth PVC. Finally the conveyor belt is completed with a powerful engine.

 

The different types of small conveyor belts

There are several standard components, which can be according compiled to customer's request by us and mounted on a small conveyor belt. Depending on the nature of the material to be conveyed like the weight and size, we choose the correct type of belt. Not only the width and length of the belt can be selected, also the adhesion of the band according can be selected according to your wishes. Lightbarriers which count the parcel can also be mounted. The length of the conveyor belt varies from about 200mm to 3000mm. The width ranging from 10mm to 500mm. The conveyor speed is selectable in meters per minute.
